Privacy Policy

RPB Management Group, LLC (“Red Phone Booth,” “we,” “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains the information collected through redphonebooth.com, how it is used and disclosed, and the choices available to you.

This policy concerns the main website and requests made through its forms and booking links. Other websites, separately operated services and venue-specific membership or ticketing services may provide additional privacy information. This policy does not replace those notices or serve as a comprehensive employment privacy notice.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. Depending on the form or service you choose, this may include your name, email address, telephone number, selected location, membership interests, tour appointment, event date and time, guest count, company name, comments, preferences and consent choices. Newsletter sign-ups may include your location and communication preferences. Job applications and team project requests may include details and attachments you choose to provide.

Website and device information. Our website and service providers may receive your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring site, approximate location and records of interactions such as opening an access-code request or membership calendar. Campaign or referral information may accompany a form submission where the form supplies those fields. Cookies and similar technologies may be used for analytics, preferences, security and the operation of embedded services.

Please provide only information relevant to your request. Do not put payment-card details, government identification numbers or sensitive personal information into general inquiry fields. Membership purchases and ticket payments may take place through separate services; review the information shown by those services before entering payment details.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to questions, provide requested access-code instructions, arrange membership tours, discuss event inquiries, administer sign-ups and communication choices, and follow up on requests. We also use website information to understand how guests use the site, improve its content and operation, help prevent misuse and address legal or operational requirements. Application and team-request information is used to administer the relevant application or project.

3. When information is disclosed

Information may be available to the management and venue teams handling your request and to providers supporting website hosting, forms, scheduling, communications, membership services, analytics and other requested features. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security issues, legal claims or the protection of people and property. If a business transaction affects information covered by this policy, its handling must be addressed as part of that transaction and any notices required by law.

The website currently uses Zoho for forms and mailing-list services, Calendly for membership scheduling, Google Analytics for website measurement, ClickUp for team project requests, and map and virtual-tour providers. Embedded content and external services may receive information directly from your browser when they load or when you use them. Provider processing may occur in the United States or other countries in which the provider operates.

More information is available in Zoho’s Privacy Policy, Calendly’s Privacy Notice and Google’s explanation of partner-site data. Other services may display their own notices. Those notices describe the provider’s practices and do not replace our responsibilities for information we control.

4. Google Analytics, cookies and browser choices

The main website uses Google Analytics to measure visits and planning actions. On the current production website, analytics starts automatically unless you have saved an opt-out or the website detects an enabled Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. The website’s advertising tags and Google advertising-personalization signals are disabled in its current configuration.

Use Privacy choices in the footer, then choose Turn off analytics, to stop future Google Analytics collection by this website in that browser. The choice is saved in browser storage. Changing browsers or devices, or clearing that storage, may require you to choose again. Opting out does not itself delete information already collected.

Google Analytics uses cookies and related identifiers to understand website use. Google’s handling of that information is described in its privacy materials linked above. You can also use your browser’s cookie controls or Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

The footer setting controls this website’s Google Analytics. It does not stop forms, calendars, mailing-list services, maps or tours from processing information needed to operate their services. Those providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies. You can avoid a service by choosing not to load or use it, use available browser controls, or contact the local team directly. Some embedded features begin loading when the relevant page or section is opened.

5. Email and text messages

We may send service messages about an access-code request, tour appointment, event inquiry or other request. If you sign up for news or submit a form that includes a marketing notice, we may also send marketing communications consistent with the choices and notices presented to you and applicable law. Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email to change that preference. Unsubscribing from marketing does not necessarily stop messages needed to handle an active request.

Marketing text messages are subject to the SMS consent presented on the relevant form. Where offered, consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency and other program details are stated at sign-up. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP as instructed in the message to opt out, or contact us for help with your preferences.

6. Retention and security

Information is retained for the purposes described in this policy, subject to applicable legal requirements and relevant business needs, including handling requests, maintaining necessary records and resolving disputes. Retention periods can vary by information type and provider. Contact us with a question about a particular record or a deletion request.

We and our providers use administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No website, transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please contact us if you believe information submitted through the website has been used improperly.

7. Privacy requests and rights

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to request access to, a copy of, correction of or deletion of certain personal information; to withdraw consent; or to opt out of certain uses, including sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising where applicable. Some laws also provide a right to appeal a privacy-request decision or use an authorized agent. Rights, exceptions and verification requirements vary.

To make a request, email info@redphonebooth.com with the subject Privacy Request. Describe your request and the location or service involved. We may need information to verify your identity or an agent’s authority, but please do not send sensitive identity documents in an initial email. We will handle applicable requests, appeals and permitted exceptions according to the relevant law. Exercising a legally protected privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination.

8. Age and children

Our guest experiences are for adults 21 and older. The website’s guest-access, membership-tour and event-inquiry services are not directed to children. If you believe a child has supplied information through these services, contact us so the matter can be reviewed and handled under applicable law.

9. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the revised version and its effective date will be posted here. Additional notice or consent will be provided when required by applicable law.
